Funtrain Peschiera del Garda

How to visit the town of Peschiera in the shortest time? Easy, with the funtrain in Peschiera del Garda! A good solution if you do not have much time and if you would like to have an activity for (small) children too.

This train ride of about 20 minutes starts right in front of the war memorial at the main port of Peschiera del Garda. It is located on the Riviera Carducci, in front of the Tourist Office Tourism Peschiera Infopoint.

Time schedule of the funtrain in Peschiera del Garda

The little train is easily recognizable with its bright colors. During the spring and until mid-May 2024:

• Saturday and Sunday: from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
• Monday: from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

In the summer period, the Peschiera del Garda train runs every day at the following times:

• From 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• From 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Starting from September 2024, the train runs every day with the following times:

• From 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
• From 2:30 PM to 5:10 PM
• On Saturdays and Sundays, the service ends at 8:00 PM.

From October until November 3, 2024, the train will operate only on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, maintaining the same schedule as in September.

Departures are scheduled approximately every 30 minutes, with a minimum of 10 passengers on board. The schedules are indicative and may be subject to changes due to local events or weather conditions.

With the Funtrain around Peschiera del Garda

On board of the comfortable colored carriages you will be able to admire parts of the Venetian Fortress and some point of interests of the town. You will cross the 16th century Ponte dei Voltoni and head towards Lungolago Garibaldi to also enjoy the lake side.

With a gentle breeze on your face, the Fun Train of Peschiera del Garda will continue its journey to Lido Pioppi. Here the train will start its return to take you back to the exact starting point. As you might have guessed, there are no stops along the way.
