Is a reservation required?
  • All our entrance tickets have an open date, meaning you can purchase and use them whenever you wish (the expiry date is indicated on the ticket).
  • For boat trips, bus tours, and activities, advance booking is required (until availability runs out).
How far in advance should you make a reservation?
  • Tickets: available for purchase at any time and always with an open date.
  • Group boat trips and bus tours: we recommend booking at least 2 days in advance. During peak season (July/August), preferably 5 days in advance.
  • Activities: limited number of spots available, so it is necessary to inquire about availability for your chosen date. Response within 12-24 hours.
Payment method
  • Online, you can pay with a credit card or prepaid card. Payments are processed via PayPal, and it is possible to pay without creating an account.
  • Alternatively, you can contact us to pay via a direct bank transfer.
Terms and Conditions
  • The expiry date of the ticket is indicated on the ticket generated by the system. The tickets can be given to others, but refunds are not possible.
  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before boat trips and bus tours. For activities, it is necessary to consult the specific terms for each one, as indicated in the relevant article.
