Annuleringsbeleid
- Annulering tot 30 dagen voor de vertrekdatum: Terugbetaling van de dienst met aftrek van onze servicekosten.
- Annulering na 30 dagen voor de dienst: Voorwaarden moeten worden geverifieerd op basis van de aangevraagde dienst.
- Voor diensten die op korte termijn zijn aangevraagd, moeten de annuleringsvoorwaarden met de Travel Planner worden geverifieerd.
- Voor ervaringen die afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden, kan de dienst tot op de dag zelf door de serviceprovider worden geannuleerd vanwege slecht weer. Er is de mogelijkheid om de dienst kosteloos te verplaatsen of om een terugbetaling aan te vragen. De servicekosten die aan de desbetreffende dienst zijn verbonden, worden ingehouden.
- "NO SHOW" komt niet in aanmerking voor een terugbetaling.
